About

Based in the NYC/north New Jersey area, Trillium String Quartet was created out of  a love for playing and teaching chamber music. We want to invite audiences into the connection we share when we play together and to introduce our students to the inherent intimacy of playing in string quartet that directly led us to pursue this career. Inspired by the trillium flower’s life cycle of constant growth and regrowth, we actively explore new ways to present the old and deconstruct the concert experience.
